At Liberish, all of our products are custom-made to order. Once an item is printed, it is produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

⏳ Cancellation Window
- Within 2 hours of placing your order: You may cancel or modify your order free of charge.
- From 2 to 12 hours after placing your order: You may still cancel, but a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, as shipping costs cannot be recovered.
- After 12 hours: Your order has entered production and can no longer be canceled. If you encounter an issue, please reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will do our best to assist you.
🚚 Wrong Shipping Address
If you provided the wrong shipping address, please email us at [email protected] with the correct details within 24 hours of placing your order. If we do not receive the updated information within this time frame, your order will be processed and shipped to the original address provided. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from incorrect shipping details.
